Application for Filming
For filming at the museum, application must be submitted at least 15 working days prior to the filming date, only approved project can be proceeded.

Notes on application for filming in the Macao Grand Prix Museum
- Please comply with the “Notes on application for filming” for any filming and video recording in the Macao Grand Prix Museum, “Application form for filming” must be submitted at least 15 working days prior to the filming date, otherwise will not be considered.
- The museum welcomes and encourages submission of filmed products, works or publications for use in future displays.
- Please comply with the following rules of the museum during the filming:
- Please read the “Visitor Guidelines” before the filming and follow the museum instructions.
- Do not damage any facilities, post any posters or set up any partitions in the museum during filming.
- If filming in the museum might involve the rights and interests of other visitors (such as portrait rights), consent on his/her own prior to filming is necessary.
- Additional power supply will not be provided in the museum.
- Editing and adaptation of photographed works or publications shall be based on the principle of not changing the image of the museum and its exhibits.
- The venue should be cleaned and restored after filming is done on the same day.
- During filming, the crew should be responsible for their own safety in the venue. In case of any damage of property or injury of a third party caused by the filming activities within the museum, the crew has to bear full responsibilities (e.g., criminal penalty, civil penalty, compensation etc.), whereas the museum shall not be subjected to such responsibilities. In case the exhibits require restoration, the museum reserves the right to designate professional technicians to conduct the restoration and reserves the right to charge fees incurred thereby.
- Should any of the following arises/happens, the museum may stop the filming at any time:
- Use of microphones or any amplifying equipment that will interfere visitors.
- Use of large props or anything that will alter the image of the museum.
- Dressing oneself like a ghost, naked or puppet costumes to influence the operation of the museum.
- Committing violence, carrying out explosions, making smoke or setting fire intentionally to threaten the safety of the museum.
- Made-up films or finished works that might cause violation of the preceding paragraphs and the copyright law.
- Other acts that violate public order, customs, laws, regulations and the Macao Grand Prix Museum “Visitor Guidelines” or disturb visitors.
- If the items and objections of filming are inconsistent with the applications, the staffs have the right to stop and cancel the filming.
- All information provided in this application form is true and accurate, any false or inaccurate information may render the application null and void.
