Group Visit Services 

Concessionary and complimentary tickets are available at the Macao Grand Prix Museum for group visit of registered schools, educational institutions and non-profit organizations. Guided tour services can be reserved when completing the application form.

School Visit Application

Officially registered kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, colleges and universities are welcomed to arrange students to visit the Macao Grand Prix Museum or to organize educational activities.

Notes on application for school, educational institution and non-profit organization visit

  1. All registered schools, educational institutions and non-profit organizations with a visiting group of over 15 are eligible for the application for group tickets and free guided tour(not applicable on free admission days).
  2. Applications must be submitted at least 7 working days prior to the requested visit date. The museum will reply within 5 working days from the following day after duly completed application form together with all necessary documents. Visits will be arranged according to the order of application.
  3. Applications can be submitted up to 60 days prior to the requested visit date, applications submitted less than 7 working days prior to the requested visit date will not be considered.
  4. For any change of application, the applicant should notify the museum 3 working days prior to the requested visit date. Otherwise, a new application should be lodged.
  5. All school visit applications must be duly signed and sealed by the person in charge of school to indicate authenticity.
  6. Copies of relevant certified documents are necessary for visit applications by all educational institutions and non-profit organizations. Applications must be duly signed and sealed by the person in charge to indicate authenticity.
  7. Schools and educational institutions which have been granted waiver of admission charges should not charge participants for admission to the museum.
  8. Payment can be made at the Ticketing on the date of visit with the confirmation letter, otherwise the museum reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
  9. Groups should arrive at the museum on time so as not to affect the visit arrangements. Booked service may be cancelled if the group are late for more than 30 minutes.
  10. Before visiting the museum, please read the “Visitor Guidelines” and follow the museum instructions.
  11. If a Tropical Cyclone Signal above No. 3 is hoisted, for safety reasons, the museum reserves the right to close the museum based on actual situation.
  12. For better experiences, the maximum number of visitors for each guided tour service is 30. The group will split into smaller groups if the number is exceeded.
  13. The public guided tour service is available at specified time schedule, reservation is not required. Visitors are welcomed to participate if the quota is still available. The tour will last about 45 minutes.
  14. Under certain circumstances, the museum reserves the right to reject, cancel or revise visit applications without compensation.
